The service presented on this site is operated by Pnina Aharonov, a registered sole proprietor (business no. 051908379), trading as Pnina Aharonov — Private Label Beauty. Information we collect
The only information the site asks for is what you choose to enter in the contact form:

Why we collect it
For one purpose: so Pnina can get back to you about your private-label inquiry. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with other commercial parties for marketing.
Whether providing information is required
No. Providing your details is entirely voluntary; there is no legal obligation to provide them.
How the contact form and WhatsApp actually work
Important to know: this website does not store your details on any server. When you submit the form, your own browser composes a WhatsApp message with what you entered — and you are the one who sends it, from your own account, only if you choose to. Until you send it, nothing leaves your browser. If you choose not to provide details, the only consequence is that we cannot respond through the form — you can always reach out directly on WhatsApp instead.
The brand name you type into the Visualizer is kept temporarily in your own browser (for the current session) so it survives switching languages. It is never transmitted anywhere.
Who may receive information
The message you send reaches Pnina Aharonov. Because it travels via WhatsApp, its content is also processed by the WhatsApp service (operated by Meta) — an external third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices, and not operated by Pnina or Dakar.
Dakar and commercial engagement
Your form inquiry is sent — as a WhatsApp message you send yourself — to Pnina, and at the inquiry stage your details stay with her only. Personal details are passed to Dakar only after a deal is closed, and only for executing the order and billing; even then, ongoing guidance continues with Pnina.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, the hosting infrastructure processes basic technical data needed to serve and secure the site (such as IP-level server logs). Fonts are served from the site itself — your browser makes no requests to external font services.
Retention
The website itself keeps no form submissions. A message you sent exists in your and Pnina's WhatsApp correspondence, like any ordinary conversation, and that correspondence is kept by the business with no set time limit — for as long as you have not asked for its removal. You can ask at any time to have your details removed — see Your rights below.
Your rights
Under applicable privacy law you may review information provided about you and request the correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. To exercise these rights — or to ask that your details be deleted from existing correspondence — write to pnina12052@gmail.com or use the site's contact channels, and we will handle it promptly.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stores no personal details on its servers, which greatly limits exposure. Content sent via WhatsApp is protected by WhatsApp's own mechanisms.
Third-party services
The site links out to the WhatsApp service and to the studio that designed and built it (DOR.GURU). External services operate under their own policies, which we recommend reviewing before use.
Changes
If how the site works ever changes — for example, if analytics or server-side inquiry storage is added in the future — this policy will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
